Now What?

A therapeutic support group for female identifying young adults ages 18-23

Female College Students

Now What? is all about your next chapter. Whether you're graduating from high school or college, navigating relationships, or trying to understand the ins and outs of college, careers, and adulting, this group is for you.

This group was created for female identifying young adults who are looking for a safe space to express their frustrations, get support in figuring out what's next, deal with relationships, understand sexuality, explore emotions, learn skills to help you manage what life throws at you, or simply vent!

The "Now What?" group will meet weekly and is an open group (meaning new people may join at any time).
