This group was created with women (typically aged 45-65) in mind who are experiencing changes in life. This applies to those who are newly single, empty nesters, exploring new career paths, going through perimenopause or menopause, or are simply looking for a supportive and safe space to vent, learn, and grow.

The "Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes" group will meet weekly and is an open group (meaning new people may join at any time).

CJ DeMarco is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. She has extensive personal and professional experience with many of the topics likely to arise in this group. CJ believes that women are empowered by navigating unfamiliar challenges when those experiences are shared with and supported by others. As a woman in her 60s, mother of five grown children and grandmother to seven, having been both married and single in adulthood, and experienced different career paths, CJ understands the ins and outs of change and is committed to helping make a difference in the lives of women through compassion, empathy, and humor.
